Ok, once again, I’m here, sitting in front of the computer, without even thinking what am I going to say. Just as the last time, I’m listening electronic music (Future Pop) writing in WordPress’ Interface. I really like it I must say, it excellent features, such as the Auto-Save, Tags, Categories, and so many other things.
After this small introduction, I’ll move on to the purpose of this blog.
I’ve had so many other blogs through my life. I beggan with a MSN Space which I really enjoyed. I used to write about computer mods I did, with photos of them. Then I switched to Blogger, because I wanted a better platform, which was full-featured.
I didn’t stayed for long though, Blogger’s main engine was optimized, and many things were lost, along with my posts about modding and my personal life. I reopened my blog, but it was obvious for me, that my blog was long gone.
I need to start again, but this time, I wanted something I really liked. Not a simple blog which could store my posts, I wanted, something with good graphics, with an aestethic look, which was quick to use, but it had good features.
That was, when I came across WordPress.
Since the very moment I saw it in action, I decided I wanted one. I started looking information, everywhere I could. I started experimenting with PHP in my Kurobox (A small Linux server)
I really loved it, but it was a huge problem to host it in my house, mainly because of bandwith problems. I finally decided it would be much better if I got an account directly at WordPress.com, so I got the account, and now I’m starting to write.
I’ll be honest, I don’t have a clear idea about what I want to write about. I guess I’ll just let the ideas get out of my mind, and see what happens.
Sure thing, I’ve blocked out now. I’m starting to check I have just written. I think I’m publishing this post, and I’ll come back later to keep on writing. I’ve got to think in all the stuff I want to write about.
